How is Authenteco Travel different?

The best quality customer service. We’re a travel concierge providing 24/7 support to our travelers. Just like a concierge at a hotel, we’re here to make your vacation perfect.
Responsible travel. Everything we do is to fulfill a greater purpose—make responsible travel easy. Your perfect vacation will always support eco-friendly and local businesses.
$50 million by 2030. We’re on a mission to earn $50 million by 2030 to buy and protect endangered lands. Sustainability isn’t a selling point to us; sustainability is a core value of our business and engrained into our business model.
We don’t upcharge or earn commissions. Some travel agents will upcharge vacations to earn money, or only send travelers to businesses that’ll give the travel agent a commission for sending travelers their way. Instead, at Authenteco, we charge a service fee for your vacation. This allows us autonomy to truly book your perfect vacation! We’re not incentivized to plan a more expensive vacation. We choose the accommodations, adventures, and restaurants for your itinerary because they are truly perfect for your vacation. Our secret picks are loved by locals, owned by locals, not overrun with tourists, and not found in guidebooks.

All adventures are included in the price of an Authenteco Vacation!

Let’s talk money, honey!

In order to guarantee your perfect vacation, we have price minimums based off the length of your vacation.

Weekend Getaway (3 days/2 nights)→ $1,500 for a road trip or $2,500 for domestic flights

3-5 Day Getaway→ $2,500 for a road trip or $3,500 for domestic flights

Week Vacation (7 days)→ $5,000 for a road trip or $6,000 for domestic flights

Two Week Domestic Vacation (14 days)→ $9,000 for a road trip or $10,000 for domestic flights

Two Week International Vacation (14 days)→ $10,000 for a road trip or $12,000 for domestic flights

These prices reflect the total cost of the trip based off two people traveling together, or a small family. Keep in mind—these are minimum costs. Your trip could cost more based off the activities you want and the destination.

However, we’re a travel concierge! We are determined to make your vacation absolutely perfect! We work within your budget. Send a trip request and we’ll see what we can do.

When do I pay?

There are 3 payments for our clients:

$500 deposit → This deposit secures your travel dates! We only manage a few trips each week to guarantee 24/7 traveler support. Without this deposit, your travel dates might be given to another traveler!
50% down payment → This down payment is due after the dates and destination are decided with our Lead Concierge. After this payment, the Authenteco team starts planning and booking your perfect vacation!
Remaining 50% → The final payment is due 90 days before your trip departure date.

In addition, we require all travelers to book travel insurance for their vacation.

Our Lead Concierge will help you through the process of booking travel insurance since it’s booked through a third-provider. The cost of trip insurance is not included in your minimum trip costs or deposits.
