So how does it work?
First, you submit a trip request.
Once the travel concierge team receives your trip request, they’ll reach out to schedule a 1-on-1 video chat or phone call to discuss your trip. This is your time to make sure you’re confident that we’re going to plan the perfect vacation for you before securing your travel dates.
After your travel dates are secured, we’ll send you a travel survey so the travel concierge team can get to know you, your travel style, and your expectations for your vacation. The travel survey is a very important step to guaranteeing your vacation is perfect! We use the survey responses to custom plan your vacation.

You’ll receive a custom package at your doorstep a couple of weeks before your departure date. This is the big reveal—the custom trip magazine and itinerary describe the amazing adventures waiting for you at your destination!
A bunch of hand-selected gifts from your destination, custom picked for you, will also be inside! (shhhh….)
We’ll also include a packing list and other essential trip information.
Then you’re off on your perfect vacation!
Don’t forget—you get 24/7 concierge support during your vacation. If anything doesn’t go as planned, we’re available to take care of you.

Authenteco Experiences are valid everywhere in the world and never expire!
There are no additional costs either. You pay upfront for an experience, whether that experience will be in the near or distant future! Yup, the cost of the actual adventure is included in the price of an Authenteco Experience/
