One of the key elements for a successful vacation is ensuring you are well prepared.

For most of our travelers, taking an Authenteco Vacation means taking a trip somewhere new. This can often be a cause of fear and anxiety for a lot of travelers.

As a travel concierge, we really do think about everything, which is why we dive into the weather and temperatures of your destination.

We make sure you have all the necessary equipment and supplies for your trip by sending you a custom packing list 30 days out from your vacation, so you have enough time to prepare before packing for your big adventure!

We’ll send you a digital copy of your packing list that is several pages long, including a checklist for all the things you need to pack (accessories, toiletries, clothes, shoes, etc), COVID-19 resources, must-haves for special activities (like skiing), and a day-by-day prediction of your weather based on weather bureaus.

Custom Travel Itinerary

Have you ever booked a vacation that took you hours upon hours, weeks upon weeks, and months upon months to plan?

Putting in the time it takes to make each day of a vacation perfect can be a very stressful affair, which is why it can be beneficial to hire a professional to get the job done for you.

We spend 50+ hours curating your vacation and include everything from your accommodation to your activities to your restaurant reservations, so you don’t have to think about anything!

How do we get this perfect? We get you to fill out a comprehensive travel survey telling us everything about you (don’t worry, it’s really fun to do!). From how you like your coffee to exactly what type of accommodation you want- we cover it all so that we can ensure your vacation is going to be exactly what you want it to be.

We always ensure your vacation is the perfect blend of activities, rest, eating, and doing the things you might love doing- like sleeping in or going for a run each day. This is why we love our comprehensive travel survey- we get to know you so we can replicate the perfect vacation for you!

We’re a full travel concierge service, so 9/10 times we will have your reservations confirmed and ready to go so that you don’t have to worry about a thing while on vacation. But, we understand that sometimes, you might want options. That’s why we create a custom Google Map for every vacation.

Our Google maps are designed to show you the best restaurants, cafes, activities, sights, and more in your destination. We have all the places you will be visiting on your trip on your map, as well as some other options in case you choose to spend your downtime exploring or you want to try out a different cafe.

Our custom Google Maps also add in road trip routes, as well as helps to guide you around your destination to all of the places you are visiting while on your vacation.
