Authenteco Travel is an eco-luxury travel concierge that plans your perfect vacation from start to finish. We do that while prioritizing the environment and local communities in your destination!

One size fits all vacations aren’t really our thing.

Step 1

You’re here and already on step 1 - what’s next? Your next step is to submit a trip request here on our website.
Step 2

After you’ve submit a travel request, we’ll reach out via email or text to get to know you more with a quick scheduled phone call. Our services are pretty unique so we'll figure out if we're a good fit!
Step 3

After your phone call, we’ll finalize your trip dates/destination and collect your deposit. All that’s left for you is to fill out a comprehensive travel survey telling us everything about you! From how you like your coffee to exactly what type of accommodation you want- we cover it all!

Step 4

A few days after you've completed your travel survey, we’ll quote your trip, send over a few final documents, book your travel insurance, and request your 50% payment. Travel insurance is required if you choose to travel with us. In a Covid world, anything is possible, so we want you protected!
Step 5

We've got all we need! This is the best part: you get to relax while we get to work making your dreamcation a reality!
This is a hands-off process for you and we’ve got it from here. We are experienced trip planners who want the best for your vacation and the community you visit. Let us do the hard work!
Step 6

You can expect your destination and activity specific packing list 30 days from departure. Your signature Authenteco gift box, day by day itinerary, destination magazine, and exclusive trip information will be sent to you one week before you depart.
